BigSales Multivendor E-Commerce Platform Management

As the IT Project Manager for ST Solutions, I led the end-to-end development and deployment of BigSales.pk, a multivendor e-commerce ecosystem. I oversaw the creation of the website, admin panel, seller panel, seller app, earning app, investment app, and earning admin panel, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and user satisfaction. The project was completed in 6 months, leveraging Laravel, Flutter, and PHP to deliver a robust and feature-rich platform.
